Mayor Louis Manzo rang in the 175th Anniversary with the official Welcome Ceremony along with honoring many local dignitaries to include Harrison Township’s own, Vince Gangemi, who’s work has played a significant role within the community for many years! It was a great day of celebration and honor! Celebrating the rich history of Harrison Township from 1844 to 2019!

This was a beautiful day commemorating the rich history of Harrison Township and a great day for families, local businesses, and friends throughout the surrounding communities! It included unlimited festivities such as a parade sponsored by Inspira Health as well as live music, food, the Mummers and even an amazing Fireworks display!

It was great sharing this event with so many of our local business friends such as: Tim & Kristin Cregan of Weichert Realtors, Naples Pizza, Chelsea of Mullica Hill Art Studio, Jason & team of A-1 Driving School, Nick & Micah of Power Home Remodeling, Marino’s Pizza and even a very special (summer intern, Lia) with our State Legislation and many, many more!

A very special shout out to all of our wonderful Harrison Township Police, Firemen, First Responders” and surrounding Police & Fire Departments, such as Mantua Township, Military, State Troopers & others, who also came to assist in making this day a very safe, organized and fun event for all!!!!

We look forward to celebrating more wonderful events together with our beautiful community enriching the lives of those we serve!
